If you can’t find an appointment time that fits your schedule please add yourself to the wait list. When an appointment becomes available you will automatically be contacted so ensure that you have put only the time frame you are available to avoid unnecessary emails/text.

We require 24 hours notice if you need to cancel /change your appointment otherwise you will be charged for the full price of the treatment. A credit card is required for all new client booking in order to secure your appointment. You will be charged if cancellations/changes are made within 24 hours of the appointment or if you do not show up for your appointment.

If you develop any COVID-19, cold or flu symptoms please reschedule your appointment. If a member of your household is sick it is requested that you wear a mask during treatment.

After suffering from a repetitive strain injury caused by years of working with computers I found that massage therapy was a great help in healing this injury. I have been sold on massage therapy ever since. I attended the Massage Therapy program at VCMT in Vancouver and graduated in April 2018.

In April 2019 I received my certification in Manual Lymph Drainage( MLD) and Combined Congestive Therapy from the Dr. Vodder International School.

In July 2020 I received my certification in IASTM ( Intrument assisted soft tissue mobiliztion). IASTM helps loosen fascial restrictions, promotes movement of blood and deliver a deeper more specific treatment.

During my treatments I use a variety of therapeutic techniques to help aid in reducing pain and stress to help my clients get back to their everyday activities.
